Louis Carter

Louis has been a personal injury solicitor for twenty years. He specialises in Employer’s liability cases and have extensive experience in all types of Personal Injury work and Criminal Injury cases. Louis started work in Welfare rights and Civil Liberties then specialized in personal injury work for the unions. Over that time, he has conducted several thousand accident and disease claims for union members and developed specialist knowledge in most areas of this work. In particular, Louis has been heavily involved in running cases relating to defective buses and lorries as this overlapped with my criminal work. He has developed an expert knowledge of road traffic law and continues to represent union members in the criminal courts.

Susan Harknett

Susan began her legal career as a secretary upon leaving school, and in 1985 started work as a fee earner for a leading Claimant personal injury firm where she spent almost ten years. Susan began by handling recovery of money-only claims on instructions received through a well known legal expenses insurance company, before progressing to conducting personal injury claims in 1986 when she also enrolled in ILEX.

In 1995 Susan joined another leading firm of solicitors in Birmingham handling predominately Road Traffic Accident claims as panel solicitors for a National insurance company. She went on to incorporate workplace accident, public liability and occupiers liability claims and has successfully pursued many claims through to Trial, a couple of which have been reported in Current Law.

Susan attends regular training seminars and is a long standing member of the Birmingham County Court User’s Committee and has professional qualifications ILEX Level 6 and a Diploma in Business Studies.

Alison Collins

Alison specialises in personal injury claims and compensation for mainly road traffic accidents that involves people like yourself that had an accident at no fault of your own. Narinder Kaur Kang

Narinder is a Team Leader for Balfor Legal Solicitors and has particular expertise in personal injury claims and compensation.
